The Philippines is a beautiful archipelago rich with natural resources, spectacular tourist destinations and attractions. Among all of these, Palawan is considered to be the only exotic place to spend quality time with family and friends.

Aside for El Nido, Coron Reefs is also a good diving site for adventurous divers who never fear to fathom the depths of Palawan’s coral-studded ocean.

Tubbataha Reefs National Marine Park. It is one of the world’s best diving sites. UNESCO acclaimed Tubbataha Reefs as one of the World Heritage Site which are recognized all over the world because of their natural beauties and wonders. Local folks cannot even resist its beauty, how much more the foreigners who haven’t seen the beauty of the place yet. Since it has been preserved, marine life is abundant in the place waiting for everyone to behold.

Calauit Island Wildlife Sanctuary. If you love safari, then Palawan could also be a perfect place for you. It may not be able to compete with the natural safari lives of Africa, however, Calauit Island Wildlife Sanctuary is the best there is in the country. It has been developed since the day it was founded to promote tourism, thus, it has gone beyond what everyone is expecting from it. In here you will be able to meet with zebras, giraffes, gazelles and elands and the endangered species which can also be found in Palawan such as the mouse-dear, bearcat, and peacocks. With the area of 3,700 hectare, there are a lot of things to enjoy.

St. Paul Subterranean River National Park. If what you care most is to witness natural wonders and beauties when you travel, this national park is just what you are looking for in the Philippines. You can try to fathom the eight-kilometer deep river which will lead you to an underground lagoon surrounded by crystal-clear waters. Additionally, you will be able to witness spectacular formation of stalactites and rocks.
