The rumor that has been roaming around for quite some time now suggesting that Mateo Guidecelli and Maja Salvador have upped their relationship from being friends to a more mutual one has already been confirmed by the latter today.

In an interview with Boy Abunda in “The Buzz,” Maja Salvador answered the question if Mateo is her boyfriend with a teary-eyed ‘yes’ and further added she doesn’t know if their relationship would go a distance after what happened on Saturday night.

There have been eye-witnesses saying it was Mateo who started a fistfight with Coco at Salon de Ning bar in Manila Peninsula during the Star Magic Ball, although, such allegation has never been confirmed.

The incident happened because Coco allegedly kissed Maja on the lips, although the latter denied such rumors.

According to the people who are close to Mateo, he is a jealous guy and his jealousy has been intensified after Maja and Coco did a project together (Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin) wherein both have engaged in several kissing scenes.

Before the incident happened on September 3, Mateo and Maja did not arrive together at the Manila Peninsula. Both were also seen having cold conversations at the ball.

It is unfortunate to hear that Maja Salvador and Mateo Guidecelli would end their relationship before it blooms, and whether or not Coco Martin is the reason behind it, it is out of question.
